I presently have 3 rooms (2 twin rooms and 1 single room) available for digs/accomodation for the academic year 2017/2018 in my home. I have many years experience hosting students of all nationalities. I reside in the house myself.

1. Room 1 is a south facing room to the rear of the house. The room can be managed as a twin room (2 single beds) or as a single room for 1 person. The room has fitted units with plenty of storage space for hanging clothes and shelves. The room also has over-bed storage units as well. The rate for this room is E150 for 5 nights (Sunday to Friday) and includes a continental breakfast. If you wish to share the room with a friend as a twin room, the price for 5 nights is E125 per person. Adjacent to this room is a shower room with an electric power shower, toilet, bidet and wash-hand basin.
2. Room 2 is a north facing room to the front of the house. The room can be managed as a twin room (2 single beds) or as a single room for 1 person. The room has a fitted mirror wardrobe with plenty of storage space for hanging clothes and shelves. The rate for this room is E150 for 5 nights (Sunday to Friday) and includes a continental breakfast. If you wish to share the room with a friend as a twin room, the price for 5 nights is E125 per person. Adjacent to this room is a shower room with an electric power shower, toilet, bidet and wash-hand basin.
3. Room 3 is a north facing room to the front of the house and is let as a single room only. The room has 2 wardrobes, a study desk, bed and locker. The room can only be managed as a single room for 1 person. The rate for this room is E150 for 5 nights (Sunday to Friday) and includes a continental breakfast.
4. The aforementioned shower room is solely for students use.
5. The price for each room includes hi speed wifi from virgin media, and includes all utility bills.
6. There is a facility for secure storage of bicycles at night time. The house is situated 8km from city centre and it would take approximately 20 minutes to cycle into town.
7. There is parking available for cars as well.
8. Templeogue, Dublin 6W is a quiet, secure spacious area, surrounded by a large park and with several green zones. A full host of local amenities are within minutes of the house (news agents, green grocers, chinese restaurant, hairdressers, pharmacy, supervalu, hardware store, 3 doctors surgeries and 1 dental practice).
9. The area is very quiet and is a full residential area.
10. The area is serviced extremely well by Dublin Bus. The buses that service the area are 15A, 54A and 150 and all stops are less than 5 minutes walk from my house.
11. The rates quoted are for a 5 night stay (Sunday to Friday) and include a continental breakfast. Should you wish to stay 7 nights a week, the rate is E230 per person.
12. There is an option to include evening meals, at an additional cost, into your accommodation package. Please contact me if you wish to discuss this option further.
