Are you renting a room for students in your property? We will be delighted to hear from you!
USI is currently seeking landlords to take part in a short focus group (an hour and a half) on their experiences as landlords renting to students and their thoughts about energy efficiency as part of our energy saving campaign. Topics include discussing their motivates and the barriers they face for energy refurbishment, EPC certification, and experiences with having students are tenants.
The focus group will take place the 14th of November at 11 am in Dublin (location will be sent with the confirmation of attendance). Each participant will be given a small compensation of 20 euro and a light lunch will be served. For more information or to sign up please e-mail Darcy on email@example.com.
We would like to kindly ask you to help us to understand the market of rental accommodation for students by filling out a short survey. Your feedback is greatly valued. It will enable USI to assess and understand better the private rented sector for students.
The survey takes only about 10 minutes and you can be found HERE.
Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary and you can withdraw at any time.
If you have further questions about this research, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
*USI is currently beginning a three-year international energy project which focuses on behaviors of students and landlords in privately rented accommodation and on-campus accommodation.
